The groups are informal and there is plenty of opportunity for play for the younger members whilst the young parents enjoy a chat. There is also plenty of opportunity for discussion within the group on parenting techniques and problems, as well as the chance, if the group would like, for specialist speakers to be invited in to discuss specific topics. In the past these have included talks on stress, First Aid and healthy eating.Aimed at: Young parents aged 12 - 22 and their children.
