The course will include an introduction to equipment, techniques for balancing, control of speed and turning. All course fees include all necessary equipment including compulsory helmets. You will need to wear long trousers, long sleeved top, long socks and bring a pair of gloves. All Courses are staffed by qualified instructors. Cost for a total of 6 hours lessons is 60.00.
