Welcome to Great Yarmouth Handball and Fitness Clubs. The recreational club plays team handball for anyone aged seven to seven hundred, and we hope to have a club for little people soon too! If you've never seen team handball, click on the 'handball rules' link to learn more. When you arrive for your first training session, you will be given a confidential medical form, information about the clubs including our child protection policy and health and safety guide, as well as a basic and brief set of team handball rules. We offer a FREE first session so that you can try it out. All you need to do to get your free session is either ; call, text or email with your name to book your place, or obtain one of our leaflets - or you could just come and say you saw it on the web site.
