Dance Groups

Get creative with your body. Shimmy to the funky beat with break dance, latin, and pop video moves. Express yourself with style and grace in traditional ballroom or ballet.

Dancing improves your balance, builds your strength and stamina, and gives you an all-round fitness workout including stretch, resistance training, and aerobics.

Release the dancer within and get moving to the rhythm.

Typical cost: Free-£7 per training session.
